These terms describe use of TRYMBKM’s website, publications and illustrative tools. A paid study or service requires a separate agreement.

Research and demonstration

The site shares research, ideas and examples. The oversight method is designed, not yet validated. Synthetic demo cases, the fictional hero loss and illustrative report figures are not customer results, proof of compliance or predictions about your organisation.

Website material does not replace professional financial, clinical, legal or risk advice. Do not use the illustrative demo to make a real lending, insurance or other consequential decision.

Enquiries and study requests

Submitting a request starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement, guarantee study availability or confirm a regulator’s approval. Study scope, price, confidentiality and data handling must be agreed separately.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit someone else’s confidential records, attempt to disrupt the site or bypass its security controls. Share only information you are authorised to provide.

Publications and external links

Research claims should be read with their cited sources and limitations. Publication rights and attribution notices apply to the relevant material. Linking to an external website does not make TRYMBKM responsible for its content or services.
