What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, topic, message and permission to contact you. The service also records submission time, source page, browser user-agent and a hashed IP address for security and abuse prevention.

Please do not include customer records, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and arrange a conversation. Permission to contact you about an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The demo stays in your browser

The synthetic demo’s decisions, reasons and review record remain in browser memory. They are not submitted through the enquiry API or used to assess a real person. Reloading the page clears the demo record.

Analytics and service providers

The production homepage uses Google Analytics to understand website visits. Google may use cookies and process visit, device and network information under its own policies. Local previews do not load this analytics service. Demo text is not sent as analytics events.

Website hosting, network and analytics providers may process technical information needed to provide their services. Enquiry content is stored in TRYMBKM’s database. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months from submission and then removed by a daily database retention check. Technical service logs and provider backups have separate retention arrangements. A study or service engagement will have its own agreed data terms.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further contact, by emailing awaken@trymbkm.com. Include enough information to identify your enquiry; we may need to verify the request.
